Here's a very cool Don Post gorilla mask. I'd love to find one of these for it's original $35 price!

Monolith

Here's the Don Post Hollywood Ape outfit from just $450.00 !

Monolith

And here's the Don Post studios Custom Ape modeled by Bob Burns with friends...

Monolith

And this is the cast from Don Glut's 1965 amature film Superman Vs. the Gorilla Gang which featured Bob Burns as the gorilla.

Huckleberry Hound Meets Wee Willie, in which Huck discovers Willie ain't so wee and is thoroughly pummeled and smashed by the ape throughout the cartoon.

I was dissapointed this one wasn't reissued.

I also was disappointed that one wasn't reissued.

This is George Barrows as a gorilla who became Pugsley's pet in a first season episode of the Addams Family. George also played Ro-man in Robot Monster.

Moonshadow

great picture! Barrows seemed very busy in the 60s. he was also the gorilla in the Beverly Hillbillies episode clip that I posted to start this thread. What was it with families getting gorillas as pets/maids?

The Barrows suit was also used in Konga, but from what I have read I don't think Barrows himself played Konga.

Actually, I think this was from a short lived, or perhaps never brought to the screen "Superboy" series, serial or film
