That's our next vacation with Jordan. Going to DC to satiate our Lincoln mania.

Very cool, you all will definitely enjoy the monuments and landmarks in DC. The newly renovated Museum of Natural History is also a must see. Kid friendly and a walk through our country's historical moments from the Revolution, the Industrial Revolution, the 60's to Obama.

Maybe my wife and I could meet up with the Scatter family in DC one day?

On second thought, our wives would probably split after we got to talking about monsters and all. lol.

I grew up in Emporia VA, basically the last exit with every fast food place before you hit the NC state line on US 95. The great thing was in the late 1960s through the 1970s, we got all the Richmond/Petersburg and also the Tidewater/Norfolk stations, so during the broadcast era, i had two TV markets to catch old movies and also two classic Horror Hosts as a kid. (Pretty close to Joseph Cotten's hometown, Petersburg.)
I lived in Richmond most of my adult life, and it has a great history, some great haunted houses and many important Poe sites and cemeteries.
I now live north of Richmond in Hanover County, more history. The nice thing is that its not too far to go to DC/Maryland, or even NJ or Pennsylvania for shows or events.

My music is for Phoenix. Only she can sing it. Anyone else who tries, dies.

Born and raised in southern California, in a show biz family. I don't remember precisely when monsters became my passion but it was very early on (in my baby book Mom's written 'Oooh! Montah gonna getchoo!' as one of my first recognizable, repeatable phrases; I wasn't quite 2)... and did music for a living for most of my young life.
Moved to Branson MO in early '94, so have lived in the Ozarks for 15+ years, mostly playing and singing for my keep. I tour, I record, I am a hired gun for studios, just all-around music-type fella.
But the monsters... oy! my life's love!

Monster Kid

I was born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia and have also lived in Charlottesville, Virginia.  Virginia is my home, but I feel that Los Angeles is also my home and I love Southern California just as much and one day will move there..

I can relate to that Monster Kid.

I was born in Tulsa, OK, where my love of monsters began. Moved to Ft.Worth, TX at the age of 12, and finally to Los Angeles 6 years ago. I grew up visiting family in California often and have always felt Los Angeles was where I fit in. Best move I ever made.
