Born in Hamden, CT - lived there most of my life. I've been in South Florida for the past 20 years.

I'm an Air Force Brat. I was born in Anchorage, Alaska and by the time I hit 7th grade I had lived in Denver; Maryland (two different homes); back to Alaska (this time Fairbanks); Northern California (Vallejo and Fairfield) and finally San Bernardino (Hell's Toilet where I spent my "formative years" ages 11 to 22).

I am also an Air Force Brat. I was born in San Bernadino California but have been around the world in such countries as France, Germany, Labrador, and England. The last place I lived before my father retired after 48 years was Alamogordo, New Mexico. I ended up in this vast wasteland called Maine. Due to my moving around all my life, I stayed here. It has been about 37 years here. My wife is from here and she is hating the winters more and more. I am not a fan either. Lately the past 2 summers have been wet. It came over the news last night that it has rained 19 out of the past 26 days and we have over 9" of rain. There are no breaks in sight until maybe next Friday. And here I am.

You know now that I think about it I live in the straight N burbs. It's just habit I say N.W because that is the sign we look for coming back from my sister in laws. Anyway to answer your question I am in Lake Zurich. Small house big yard with 1 dog 4 cats and an aquatic frog.

I grew up in Park Ridge IL and have lived in DesPlaines ,and Palatine. Had a short 18 month stint in Marinette WI in a 100 yr old semi Victorian house about 20 yrs ago. I would still be up there if the job market hadn't totally sucked.
