Got 3 of my favorite TOHO movies in this old DVD box set. I didn't see BD for any of them.

I got that when it came out. Great set!

I need to look into this one.  I want a copy of Matango for myself.  I'm sure my brother would want the Varan and Mysterians.  He's the Kaiju collector.

They are all available individually. I saved $25 (off amazon price) buying the box set on eBay. ($48 shipped.) Amazon wants $80 for the box!

Went a little crazy at Best Buy today:

Arachnophobia
Grindhouse
Edward Scissorhands
Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Blu Ray Steelbook
Cabin in the Woods
Halloween (Most recent Scream Factory edition.  I have an ancient DVD and was due an upgrade)

Arachnophobia and Scissorhands were dirt cheap, otherwise I might have passed on them, honestly.  But $10 total for the Blu Ray is fine by me.

I like Arachnophobia.  It is creepy and funny at the same time.
ADAM

I like it too.  John Goodman is always a good selling point for me.  I just never felt compelled to own it.  But for $4?  Sure, why not.

My DVDs sets of 1960s TV series, "The Ghost & Mrs. Muir", arrived - and here is the "Kooky Spooky" cameo in Episode #26, "The Music Maker". Hasbro's Brother Mortimer and Baby Spook'em finger puppets appear as the Muir children get ready for bed!

Bought the 8 film Nightmare on Elm Street set at Walmart last night, while I was hunting and FINALLY finding the Exorcist shirt they have this year in XL.

Like I needed another DVD copy of this set, but the curse of the collector said I needed this new slipcase.  ;D

Those super 8s are really cool

Unfortunately, there's no CFTBL one with nice box art like those. Just b/w photos.
