Wow, neck and neck!
I guess that works.
Back in the poster days of the 60's, amongst the psychedelia, I had a huge black & white poster of L & H.
This makes me wanna watch 'em right now!

All of these comedy duos were great but if we are taking comedy teams-the Three Stooges with Curly as the third Stooge are hands down the funniest comedy team ever. No matter how many times I've seen them, the shorts still make me laugh out loud every time I see them.
Crazy am I? We'll see if I'm crazy or not!

Sorry I missed out on this vote.  It would have been no contest for me.  Abbott and Costello.

Also very funny were the Marx Brothers but they weren't a duo and I loved Hope and Crosby.  Two other television duos I would mention would be The Skipper and Gilligan as well as Grandpa and Herman.

I was too late to vote, but all of the choices were great! difficult to choose, there is also Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon, and Peter Cook and Dudley Moore

I like them all .. I agree with Steve about Matthau & Lemmon .. I also loved Tony Randall & Jack Klugman on the Television version of The Odd Couple.
