What about Wheeler and Woolsey?
They did one great "spook show" called The Nit Wits ("The Spider's gonna get you!"). That nailed me as a kid, seeing it on TV. Back in the early 90's I found the RKO laserdisc in a bargain bin for five bucks.

I like Hope and Crosby.  They look like they are having so much fun on the Road shows.  I'm sure they must do lots and lots of ad-libbing on those.  Where are the results?  I voted but the results didn't show up.
Laura ::) ::) ::) ::) ::)

My favorite comedy is easily A&C Meet Frankenstein. I LOVE Bud & Lou, but 75% of the appeal is the monsters.

The funniest duo on Earth are Mr. Stan Laurel & Mr. Oliver Hardy.

That would be my choice as well. Kentucky Kernels and Hook , Line and Sinker are gems as well. If anyone hasn't seem em you should really check them out.

My sentiments exactly. I love Abbott and Costello even outside of the Monster Franchise, but all anyone has to do is watch "The Piano" from L&H to know true genius.
