HALLOWEEN Stuff In Stores For 2016

They are custom made and not licensed by Universal.  Heaven forbid they put out any collectable even at Halloween but it's OK.  They care about all of their properties. HA!  Feeling cynical today.  Finally was able to go out for a while and went to a few stores to check Halloween items and absolutely no Universal anywhere. Back to EBay I guess.

No. I flipped it over to look at the price ($1.99), but I didn't note anything else.  The front was a B&W headshot. I'll try to post a pic of it later.

That would be appreciated.  I went to all the TJX stores in my area (TJ Maxx, Homegoods, and Marshall's).  None had these plates!
