I had completely given up on Invaders From Mars because I had heard that all the original elements had been damaged in a fire or flood (forget which) and it just would not be possible to do any better than the DVD.

I love this film.  I first saw it on TV and was creeped out when it ended the way it all began.

On TV the zippers and bobbing balloons were not as evident -  and I was much younger.


Been on my wish list for decades.  I HAVE to buy a copy.

I'll gladly pay the premium to encourage Ignite Films to bring us more such offerings.

I love Invaders from Mars, but I can't justify that price tag. Hopefully they or someone does a stand alone blu ray for it that's a little cheaper.

Not true! It was my bank. Flagged it as possible fraud. They called this morning. I told them to let it go through.

The approving entity couldn't believe anyone would pay that much for "Invaders From Mars", I guess.

Well, a minor delay.  It's good that the banks keep a watchful eye.  They saved me lots of money by identifying some expensive fraudulent charges for sports tickets, notifying me and remove them from my bill.


I wish Ignite Films had a countdown on the 1,000 units.  It would be interesting to see how fast/slowly the movie is selling.
