The only Half-Sheet I have ever seen for Monolith is almost identical to the No. 1 Lobby Card.

Universal's (and other studio's) "A" Style half sheets are almost always the same art as the title cards.

This was the B version of the "The Incredible Shrinking Man" half-sheet:





This is the artwork for Ad Mat No.403:



I think that if a B version of the Half-Sheet were ever produced for "The Monolith Monsters", this is the design that would likely have been used.

That IS the artwork that was used for the "A" version.

Now I don't know what the heck they would have used for any "B" version.

(I really need to get some sleep one of these days.)

I never even realized that the posters were ever given A and B designations by the studio.  I thought those were assigned by dealers/collectors who wanted to catalog items.

(Makes sense that the studios also cataloged offerings for the theaters, publications, etc.)

I checked the MM HS close up and there is no "A", or "B", so it's the only HS for that title.

I did the same after you showed me that close-up.

Too bad.  If they could have made as dramatic a "B"version for Monolith as they did for Shrinking, I would have had another item to search for.

At least I can save some money.

This promotional still has been altered by the studio to promote "The Incredible Shrinking Man", but it is obviously a Promo "The Monolith Monsters".  (Could this be the as yet unidentified P03?)

This lop-sided, copied print (stamped Feb. 1957 on the back) has been made with a snipe touting I.S.M. laid over the left hand side.

If you look closely, you will see that Grant Williams is wearing his costume from Monolith, some of the trouser wrinkles are missing from the center bottom of the picture where identifying lettering was printed over. 

I would very much like to obtain an Original, Unaltered print of this promotional still. 

Until then, this confirms the previously unidentified image I am seeking.

Nope, still looking.  Half-Sheets are strangely elusive.  I did have a chance at one, but it was in terrible condition.
