I assume there are later/final draft scripts available. Do you have one?

No.  Not aware of any.

I was told even Universal doesn't have any early drafts.  (Guess nobody but me actually loves this little movie.)  There is a site somewhere that has slavishly copied down the dialog from many finished movies.  Maybe they did MM, too.

I'm really looking forward to Scream's Blu-Ray in June.

I like it! As I think I've mentioned previously, The Monolith Monsters is perhaps my earliest drive-in movie memory which we saw with friends of the family at one of London's three or four drive-in theatres at the time.

It was really frightening!

I added new Promo Photo to the original post:

1849-P07:  Lola Albright - Cathy Barrett

And here are two more recent acquisitions:

1849-09AD: Lola Albright - Cathy Barrett - (Signed)

MONOLITH MONSTERS, THE - Behind the Scenes - Grant Williams

A cropped enlargement of this still was used to promote "The Shrinking Man".  Could this be the as yet Unidentified P03?

Quote from: Mike Scott on March 05, 2025, 04:36:02 AMNice auto pic!

It went really cheap.  I guess the movie was never that big a hit - and she wasn't very famous until she appeared as a regular on the Peter Gunn TV series.

But, yeah, nice pic.  It is an original studio print with a snipe on the back.  She often used a blue pen.  I like that because it shows up against the B&W photo.  Black pen signatures sometimes almost look like they were pre-printed.

Good long example of her handwriting without including a fan name.  Must have been signed in her later years.  As she got older her big, sweeping "A" got smaller and the letters were a bit shakier.  (I've seen a lot of dated examples of her signature as I've searched Monolith Monsters material.)
