I know this isn't monster related but I've shown it to a few people & no one knows what it is. I think he's an AHI squirt gun. But no clue on which character he could be? Looks like Hugh Hefner haha..Anyone seen him before? Is he an AHI?

Probably a Durham water gun. That pedistal on the bottom is typical of what they made, and they made a lot of unusal stuff incl. Disney characters, Super Heroes, Lone Ranger. I dunno who that's supposed to be though. It's fun.
