I was grocery shopping with the missus tonight and noticed a bin of DVDs and started rummaging through it and found the AIP double feature Viking Women and the Sea Serpent and Teenage Caveman for a whole $2.50!!This grocery store in town is pretty hip-over the past 5 years I've gotten probably 10 classic monster/horror DVDs for under 5 bucks from them.

What grocery store is THAT?? We need one here.

That would be Price Chopper-a very old chain here in upstate NY.They seem to get close-out dvds alot as I have gotten several Columbia/Sony discs for 5 bucks(Revenge of Franky,First Men on the Moon,Tingler,13 Ghosts,Wolf,NOTLD remake), and several others for 2.50-the forementioned AIP double feature, 2 other AIP doubles-Blood of drac/How to make a Monster and Earth vs the Spoider/Colossal Beast), Brain that Wouldn't Die special edition(dunno what was special about it-it looked the same as other copies), a triple feature of silent movies a Karloff/RKO double feature. Everytime we go, especially this time of year, I keep my eyes peeled for the DVD bin!

Buddy, great, great find!! I got one for my eight birthday, but it had Barnabus and a female walking through a castle. Same style of artwork, which I *love* by the way!!

My ladyfriend just grabbed an AHI Frankenstein for me!  She said it was a 'Halloween present' and not related to my birthday!    Zombie Grin

I havent got it in hand, but I will soon enough!  This guy saw a lot of action when I was a kid.  Him, along with the Ben Cooper Forgotten Prisoner, were among my dearest favorites.

Best,

Yea, only way to know it's all there. Takes me along time to do a puzzle. This one looks tuff!  Got it from a friend that is mostly into Hot Wheel cars. Saw it laying in his spare room, and asked if he'd let it go.  Buddy
