The Mani-Yak transfers are cool enough, but those one-of-a-kind masks are fabulous! Also love that Frogmen vs Radioactive Octopus set (not merely an octopus, but a RADIOACTIVE octopus!)

Those Mani Yack masks are F'N AWE-SOME
I bid last year on some Topstone Vacuform masks and my bid for a lot of 5 or 6 was over $2 C's. I got SMOKED on those.

This is what the beautiful and gracious Nancy got me for our anniversary (12 years and counting!! And I love her more with every passing day.)

From Forry's Estate, an artist signed limited edition print (#248 of 500) of Lon Chaney Sr. (also signed by Forry in the bottom left corner). This print was created with ink that was mixed with Lon Sr's actual makeup, which Forry provided to the artist.

An actual tablecloth from the legendary Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant, gathering place of the stars of Hollywood's Golden Age, dated 1947. The tablecloth was created especially for the Brown Derby to match their menu covers. It's a screened print in green ink over a white tablecloth with a map of Hollywood showing the famous landmarks and the locations of the Brown Derby restaurants (3 of them).

Congratulations to you and Nancy on your anniversary, Gary! She really got you some fabulous swag right there. And what did you get her??!  Perhaps you promised to start wearing pants again??  :o

Scatter

An actual piece of the original Hollywood Sign letters. When the original sign was replaced in 1978, the old sign which stood from 1923 was cut into squares and placed in plaques like these with authentication provided by the Hollywood Chamber Of Commerce, which is the organization that oversees the care and maintenance of the sign.

A beautiful signed portrait of Bette Davis, one of our favorite actresses.

Spent a long weekend last week in Maine, going to art museums, antiques stores and flea markets. Knew things were gonna be good when I found the item below at an Odd Lots type of store:

...and this is what it cost:

Then, I got this at a bookstore:

...and THIS is what it cost:
