Hey, it's Universal, and believe me, it's a horror!  It's pretty goofy, but I found that having a few beers ahead of time really helped ;)

THE DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILL ('51)  Better than ever!
FRIDAY THE 13TH 1 & 2  Hadn't watched these two in years, and they were actually pretty cool.  My wife & daughter watched them both with me and enjoyed them also.  For myself, it reinforced my love for the older films... and reminded me why I don't enjoy most of the new, in your face, way over the top, splatterfests, though there are a few exceptions.

Nurse Sherri (which sucked, but on the same disc was Five Bloody Graves, whih was actually pretty good for a no-budget western--and had a nice turn by John Carradine)

 Saw the new "Friday the 13th" with the wife for our Valentine date out.  Then when we got home I watched "Godzilla vs Destoroyah", to remove the bad taste of the first movie.  Did NOT like this remake.

This was on the Sci-Fi channel last night. Not bad...not bad at all. Usually Sci-Fi's original movies always disappoint me, but this one had a good plot, good actors, and was generally creepy. We enjoyed it.

First time I have seen these two, enjoyed both of them, although "Stalker" was better. Great 70's TV Horror.

Last night I watched "Gods and Monsters" for the first time. Truly a great film! This morning I finally broke open my Val Lewton boxed set and watched "Isle of the Dead" and "Bedlam".
