"Prison Girls" (1972) - Not really horror, but I am shocked that they only incarcerated big breasted blondes in the seventies. It was a dangerous time to be generously endowed & fair-haired, it seems.

"They come from the bowels of hell; a transformed race of walking dead. Zombies, guided by a master plan for complete domination of the Earth."

One of the BEST exploitation genres ever created on film!! ;)
DARK SHADOWS:

David Collins: "Dead people dont just get up and walk around.."

Sarah Collins: "Sometimes they do."

And Now the Screaming Starts...(1973)..balloon-breasted Stephanie Beacham never looked better!

Zovek Y Blue Demon en La Invasion de las Muertes( Zovek and Blue Demon in the Invasion of the Dead) 1972 Mexican craziness with escape artist Zovek and masked wrestler Blue Demon combating a black alien sphere that ressurects the dead.

Mansion de los siete Momias (Mansion of the Seven Mummies) 1977 One of the last masked wrestler vs monsters movies made. Blue Demon and Superzan travel to Antigua , Guatamala to help a freind combat an ancient family curse involving the very creepy 7 mummies (more like zombies) of the title.

Dead Snow 2009 Excellent Norwegian film about an army of undead Nazis terrorizing a cabin of vacationing medical students. Very gory and very tongue in cheek. Highly recommended.

Mothra 1961 Classic Toho kaiju film. Unlike most Toho films, this is really a fairy tale wrapped in the usual monster and sci-fi storyline. I watched the dvd transfer I made of the very old early 80s VHS from RCA/Columbia home video which is the original US edit and well worn film print that would have been shown on UHF TV in the 70s. Sometimes I like to watch the old washed out pan and scan prints of movies for the nostalgia of staying up all night to watch these movies on TV.

Early pre-production storyboard art featuring a somewhat different design for Mothra:

Crazy am I? We'll see if I'm crazy or not!

Absolutely, I live for those strip search and shower fight scenes.

Evil Of Frankenstein (1964)

Big letdown after Curse and Revenge. No continuity with the prior two either. Cushing's Baron is always great, though.
ALWAYS MONSTERING...

"House of Frankenstein" on Svengoolie. Great movie! So cool that it has both Mr. Karloff and Mr. Strange!
