We just saw "Creature" that just came out a few days ago...... If your in need of a good laugh go see this movie! Its amazing! At some points I had to tell myself "common you can do this." But its well worth it in the end.  Stick it out and you'll be glad you did. Best new crappy movie ever.

"The Innocents" (1961)
                        -Deborah Kerr

Plot: IMDB

In Victorian England, the uncle of orphaned niece Flora and nephew Miles hires Miss Giddens as governess to raise the children at his estate with total independence and authority. Soon after her arrival, Miss Giddens comes to believe that the spirits of the former governess Miss Jessel and valet Peter Quint are possessing the children. Miss Giddens decides to help the children to face and exorcise the spirits.

Phantom's Review: Creepy, atmospheric,Gothic and totally paranoid. This is one of the great ghost movies. The film feels like a cross between "The Haunting" and "Wuthering Heights" ....or better yet..a really big budget episode of "Dark Shadows". The acting from the entire cast is superb (especially the two children) and like "The Haunting" (the original, of course, the remake should be burned out of existence) the film relies not on special FX, but excellent acting, music, cinematography and mood. a true classic

Killer Scarecrows anyone?

HUSK-2011
I love stories about evil/killer scarecrows and there are so few good ones out there.
This starts out as a pretty formulaic movie then takes a bit of a twist. It kept me entertained and interested.
It could have had a better ending but so could lots of movies. I give it a worth a view 6/10 skulls.

That's looks pretty cool!  I think one of the better "killer scarecrow" flicks is 1988's SCARECROWS - ever seen it?

Yep. After not seeing it for at least 10 years I saw this again a few months ago. Still pretty cool.

Just finished watching The Untold AKA Sasquatch - 2002

Decent enough premise and supposedly based on true events. On the downside you only got fleeting glimpses of the creature in the first hour +. Shown thru the eyes of the creature was kinda dumb considering what it was. They made it seem like it vision like Predator even in the daytime. Also it got a little slow in the middle. On the plus side at least you actually got to see it near the end.
Also it's a movie about a Sasquatch so it gets a bonus skull for that. My score 4.5/10 skulls. Worth a shot.

If this doesn't load trying hitting the link to Youtube. You should be able to see it there.

Night of the Demons (2010)- I Sort Of Liked This One, Some Of The  Demons Didn't Look That Good But Other Than That A Descent Remake. The Original Is Way Better Though!

Horror of Dracula (1958)
I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they've always worked for me.

Seen quite a few folks posting on boards that they've finally watched and like this and I'm glad to see that; It was a shame that this flick got tossed around so much from different release dates-to no theatrical release-to the dvd release being flubbed!  I was actually going to do a blind buy on this the day/week it came out and no one had it, ended up getting it from Netflix a couple weeks after release and really enjoyed it but YES the original is better of course!
