Great sketches, GMan J- great Alice and depp likenesses and I like that you got a WICKER MAN reference in your work- Is that from the 1973 classic or the remake? Never saw the new one- did that have weird costumes in it as well?

On the money caricatures again, JG- especially the Ollie Reed and Hank Hull. Looks like Belastein could use a cleaning at the dentist!

Two great profiles, and neither of them Barrymore! Great Karloff and Creature portraits, Gossamer!

thank you, the wickerman card is commemorating the old movie.  yes the new one had weird costumes but it was more of a comedy since it has Nicholas cage lol

Gillmanjoe.   That is a great Coop!  I have been a huge Alice fan for well over thirty years.  Love the energy in your Dino card.  I hope to see some more of your work and that you get back to the art pencils and pens soon.

Thank You Herr Hussmann for the compliments on Karloff's monster and the Creature sketch.  I would love to do a Barrymore Hyde profile if I could get a decent reference.

A Classic Monster of Rock

The Lizard King.....Jim Morrison from the Doors!

I have sketched or painted  Jim a few times and always found him a tough topic.

I did this yesterday. I am a bigfoot/sasquatch fanatic. I love the folklore and mystical aurora that comes with it....I am an anthropology major and folklore is my focus lol.

anyways here is a bigfoot/sasquatch study. just pencil and pen.

Gossamer

Gillmanjoe that is another great Cooper sketch.  I haven't drawn him myself since I was teenager many years ago.  When the constrictor album came out as a matter of fact.  Planning a painting of him soon.

That first Rob Zombie sketch card is very well done.  A quick glimpse and you immediately know it's him.

Love the Squatch!!!!

Some call her "the Figurehead", some call her "the Siren", I call her one cool Harryhausen concept. She was completed recently and stands 5" high.

Collecting! It's what I do!

Gossamer

Herr Hussmann!!!  Absolutely Outstanding!!!!  As always there is nothing that compares to your fine miniature highly detailed work.  I think it is my favorite Harryhausen creature or effect.  It is for sure my favorite part of the movie.  It looks at though your figure is articulated?  Is it?  What materials were involved.

Well here is my weekend Effort.  And a small one for me.  Roughly 5" x 7"

Peter Cushing as Dr. Frankenstein.

Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell.  As time progresses this movie is slowly becoming my favorite from the Hammer Frankenstein Series.
