Is there any definitive information as to the combinations on the versions that came with mirrors?

Interesting. I've not seen enough of the mirrored versions to form an opinion. What's yours based on?

The Phantom of Opera plaque is actually the one purchased at a hardware store in Superior, Wisconsin for Richard by his dad in the mid-sixties!
