Monkey  ? ?

Hey I paid a lot more for it than my starting bid when I bought it.  Did you guys also noticed that I don't charge shipping at my site...Everything is free shipping. I listed this

Frankenstein because I found out I had 2 of them in my storage. You know as a member of uma I try to show all my stuff for you guys to be able to see them, I don't think

you guys know I even run ads in my newsletter of the uma site for free in order to promote our cause. Yet  monster bob calls it monkey business?...I told any member that

wanted a free pdf of my newsletter to e-mail me for a free copy.... No one called one of the guys who runs chiller and sold a copy of this Frankenstein poster for $550.00

anything. Or what about the guy who sold last month the 2 piece plastic version for $400.00....I had sold this poster to a person for $183.00 3 years ago and he sold it to

this person who sold it for the $400.00. I was the only person who had 13 original Frankensteins and 10 Boney the skeleton 2 piece plastic versions...I have sold them all

over the country...I never sold any of them for more than $185.00...Yet some of you have paid 2 to 3 times this amount for them. I just paid $102.00 for the above moon

monster, if I try to sell it for this same price are you going to bash me for it??? This copy predates any you may know....No one said anything when uma was selling copy's

of the Jack Davis Frankenstein poster for $180.00, why? Because Uma paid more than this to produce the darn thing....they made very little profit....

My point is this the ghost pictured in the beginning of this forum is mine, ask Terry....Most of you who own the other honor house posters- plastic versions do so because of me. Believe me if I would have never sold the 10 Frankensteins and 8 skeletons some of you would have never seen one again...WHO HAS EVER HAD THE GHOST??
I used to own the original Fun Factory from the comic books I should know.

I ran my last ad under the Fun factory in 1992-1993 DC comics -look at one and you will find my ad.

If any uma member wrote and said hey what this or that, I take my time call them on the phone and help them anyway I can...Some get free stuff from me if I can.......

PLEASE STOP BASHING EVERYTHING I DO... If don't like something send me a message and tell me don't post it for the world to see...If you are kind I will try to listen...IT IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT.

PS...Again I am saying this my website sells jokes and novelties and some old stuff. I have remade some of the original products and made them better. IF ANYBODY ORDERS  FROM IT DON'T THINK YOU ARE GETTING EXACT ORIGINALS, THIS IS NOT THE CASE. My site was made to sell to todays generation and give them their moneys worth. That is why I have free shipping!

AS A UMA MEMBER I AM HERE TO CHAT AND TALK ABOUT PRODUCTS AND THEIR ORIGINS WITH FELLOW UMA MEMBERS...I AM NOT HERE TO HAVE YOU GUYS GO TO MY SITE OR MY EBAY AND BUY ANYTHING....I RESPECT ALL YOU GUY ----SO WHAT IS ALL THIS BASHING FOR ----IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE!

GOT SOMETHING TO SAY PLEASE EMAIL ME ABOUT IT, I WILL ALWAYS RESPECT THAT.

MAY OUR LORD AND GOD JESUS CHRIST BLESS YOU ALL AND YOUR FAMILIES FOR ALWAYS

OK here it goes.  I am a nice guy. A lot of UMA  elders and  I are friends.  I could have cared less about what you did, with  your 10k Ghost. I like Bob and made a funny comment. It was Just that, We kid around all the time. It was a joke, but  Since you bring up your business practices. Lets talk about the Calling of one Monster poster as a fake, but then you win it for over a hundred. Come on.  Now back to more defense mechanisms.  ::)

Bob my son won it for me.  He wanted me to have it, Am I going to say no. Ask toy ranch he knows the story. Do I still think that this poster is not the moon monster ...YES, but after seeing it I'm not sure...I am doing some investigating on it because I live 10 blocks from the original area in union city where it was sold from. The owner of the building said he remembers the person who sold the moon monster...This person died a while back but I am trying to talk to his son. I again will state the poster is from 1959 but I don't think this was sold as the moon monster even though it looks like him. It could be an original that was used to make the moon monster from...still under investigation....

Questioning someone's business practices is valid.  Having a sense of humor is good.  But when you humorously question someone's business practices, it turns into teasing.  Let's discuss and not tease.  Howard raised a legitimate concern and Eddie responded.  If this discussion must continue, keep it on that level of civility.

Oy.

This has nothing to do with any Moon Monster. It has everything to do with the following Frankenstein poster, represented as the "original Honor House Frankenstein poster sold in the comic book ads".

I don't know if you read anything about me before, but I will tell you this. Not only am I best friends with the secretary of the owner of the original Honor House. I kept in contact with him and saw him several times. He gave me this Frankenstein....the other was given to me by R stoner....Honor House was to cheap to sell the original. Yes he sold the one pice but within the first year he swithed to the english version. then on to the two plastic. Remeber I case you did not know I have been collecting Honor house scince 1971....And used to own the original Fun Factory...Who would know more than me but the original owner. Bob I am not trying to sound concited in anyway but you some how don't think I know what i am talking about....I can prove my stuff...give me a call if you want....I will e-mail you my number upon request.

And just a funny little sidenote on this... the Frankenstein poster Eddie (House of the Unusual) obtained from me was obtained from a Mr. R Ferry (prior to the FJA fiasco of course).

I am glad you liked them... The robot plans are the original I got from the Abracadabra Magic shop back in 1974...I wish I would have sent away for the Melton one. I know it was printed on a sheet that was 22" x 24". I have spent countless hours trying to find them to no avail....Again Thank you for your order.....

Frankenmarx

I must have an ORIGINAL 7 ft green Frankenstein from Honor House.  They don't go for thousands, though.  On Ebay, I missed one for abut 250 in orig. envelope.
