I did see Frank at Target finally.  Keep an eye out!  There may be a separate display apart from the regular NECA spot.  Mine had an end cap in the toy section facing away from the main aisle.

I got my NECA Remco Frankenstein at Target tonight!     Now my collection is complete... for now.  I hope we do eventually get Dracula, Phantom, and Creature.  No Accessory Set yet. 

I also got a bunch of Universal Monsters bandages for a buck each.

Those three are all on the horizon so I feel like its a given we'll see Remco versions, especially of Creech.

My friend, who owns a local shop and has a direct account with NECA, has informed me he expects the Frankenstein accessory table/set literally anytime between now and Thanksgiving...and Dracula by mid December.
