I have to admit, I love Misty. She has this great, "girl next door" vibe. I have a boxed set of her low budget films called Girl Seduction. The films aren't great, but she makes them watchable.

I have an extensive collection of her film parodies and Seduction Cinema stuff as well her forays into horror...she has starred in some really bizarre films during the years but always entertaining. When she went back to being Erin Brown several years ago, I had the pleasure of meeting her. Truly a nice person as well as a hottie.

I am going to pretend this thread is named "Last Monster/Horror/Sci-Fi Movie/Fantasy Show You Watched".

Just like last year, many years before and, if I don't drop dead in the meantime, next year, I will be watching one of my favorite fantasy films of all time - twice.  I will watch it straight and then again with the Director's Commentary.

Groundhog Day - 1993

How I love this movie.  We are lucky to have Harold Ramis' informative commentary.  Wish this sweet man was still with us.  He always seemed to have a slightly bemused look on his face.
Love GROUNDHOG DAY. Remember a couple years ago, TBS ran it all day long, over and over to celebrate February  2nd.

Thursday afternoon into the evening:

Son of Dracula 1943
House of Frankenstein 1944
House of Dracula 1945. - Every time I watch this film - I can't help but think of what a "hack" Erle Kenton was. Had he directed Bud Abbott & Lou Costello Meet Frankenstein in 1948 - then he might have used footage from The Ghost of Frankenstein for the Monster's demise for the umpteenth time! The footage just doesn't work in the Glenn Strange films. Anyway, that's just my take on it. I'm sure there are some who just love his work, and I don't mean to offend any of Kenton's Fans, but, a little vision would have been nice!

Finishing up with Bud Abbott & Lou Costello Meet Frankenstein 1948.

I almost forgot her film parodies. I remember a "Planet of the Apes" one with Misty and her usual crew of hotties. They are a whole lot of fun and a real strain on my "freeze-frame" button.

I will take the opportunity to say that I have met not just Misty, but Ruby Larocca, Erika Smith, AJ Khan and Darian Caine. The only one I havent met is Julian Wells, who is damn sexy. Maybe someday.  The film you mentioned was PLAYMATE OF THE APES..and that's another exploitation classic!
DARK SHADOWS:

Black Sabbath (1963)

Daimajin (1966) (aka Majin, Monster Of Terror)

Return Of Daimajin (1966)

The Daimajin movies are pretty good, much better than the Gamera fare from the same production company, Daiei, in the '60s. I don't have the third one, Wrath Of Daimajin, and have never seen it. It must be similar to the first two though since all three were filmed at the same time and released a bit apart. Beat ya to it, Peter Jackson!
