 Our 15th Wedding Anniversary was today.  I had Lamb Chops, salad, rice pilaf, baked sweet potato, and creamed spinach.  Also a glass of exellent Pepsi.  Karen had Baby Back ribs, baked potato, salad, and Sprite.

Black Bean Hummus (I change the spices to Asian) in a whole wheat pita, with sliced chicken breast.   Steamed Broccoli with lime juice.  YUMMY!! :) :) :)

I made some homemade ground beef, and slowcooked a pot of homemade chili for lunch today. I love the crock pot.

Elisabeth- As much broccoli as I have consumed in my lifetime, I would think that I would have tried steaming it and adding some yummy lime juice! Well, tonight's the night :) It sounds delicious.
Last night I had a pb and j sandwich and a Mounds bar. Tonight....salad  :)
