  Hobo dinner!  Hamburger patty with sliced potatoes, carrots, cabbage, onion!  Wrapped up in tin foil and bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes.  You can add or substitute ingredients as you choose!     Hmmm, Hmmm, good!!

Saturday night meal: wife made some cornflake fried chicken legs, some (boxed- will explain why)mashed potatoes, some chicken gravy, homemade, buttermilk biscuits, and pasta salad.. Dessert:

Chocolate smothered strawberries and bananas, covered in both regular and belgian white chocolate. Will have pics.

Well I did feel better when I read CreepysFan's meal, but now I'm just hungry again!  Where does one get fried frogs legs, and if possible to describe- what is the taste comparable to?   I also have never had miso soup.  But I can conjure up the taste of the fried chicken in my hungry mind   MMMMMMMMM!

Frog legs taste like......um...CHICKEN, yeah that's right. heh, heh.  Actually it's hard to describe, but it is my favorite meat.  it's a Cajun treat. My father got me addicted to them while he was stationed in Georgia.

   

Dr.Madd, except for the fact I don't care for white chocolate, that dessert sounds heavenly.  How do you think dark chocolate would work ?
