I'm just glad the B. Streisand is not on anyones list. One of the hugest over rated media kissing coddled singers in the last 50 years. $2000 for front row?  u6juu I wouldn't watch her for free.

If she was live and in concert in my backyard, I wouldn't even raise the shade. Can't STAND her.
We're all here because we're not all there.

Don't let WL fool you...the metal thing is a smoke screen...I heard he loves Babs!

Actually, I never got her--but apparently people go nuts for that woman. I don't know whats worse, her music or her God awful movies...now that I think about it...the nickname "Babs" is actually pretty annoying.

So ya found me out. The only thing I know about metal is what I read on the internet. Now back to my Streisand super deluxe boxset with poster and live DVD that cost me a car payment. ;)

Funny what her initials are. >:D

Bryan Harvey was a great guy and a great talent. I co -hosted three tributes shows to him with the legendary Fontaine on WDCE. Great songs.
My music is for Phoenix. Only she can sing it. Anyone else who tries, dies.

Imdb has the short documentary on Bryan Harvey and the House of Freaks here:

At one point in time, I ran across the Sun Goes Down video on Youtube but haven't been able to locate it since.

HOF really resonated with me but it's so hard to listen to them now because of the tragedy. Regardless, hey, thelatewinslowleach, glad to know there's a HOF fan here. Do you know if there are any live HOF recordings out there?

Unknown Primate

1.  GORDON LIGHTFOOT
2.  GERRY RAFFERTY
3,  JOHN KAY (lead singer/Steppenwolf)
4.  BURTON CUMMINGS (lead singer/The Guess Who)
5.  DAVE ALVIN (lead singer/The Blasters)
6.  ROD STEWART - Before you take away my "cool" card, I must verify that I'm talking about the early 70's version.  He was in a band called The Faces & he did some cool, raw rock & blues back then.
7.  MCCARTNEY & LENNON
8.  DOUG GRAY (lead singer/The Marshall Tucker Band)
9.  RONNIE VAN ZANT (lead singer/Lynyrd Skynyrd)
10 LEON RUSSELL - A very acquired taste.

Plus, I dig the voices of Nat King Cole, Hank Williams, David Allan Coe, Sheryl Crow, Roberta Flack, plus a whole slew of "guilty pleasures".

I hope you got to see them live. I saw Bryan and HoF several times as well as the Dads and even Boys from Skateland. I think there are some Hof shows on tape but just in personal collections. One of the '45 bsides was live.

Dude, The Faces ROCK. And I love Rod Stewart--before he went "adult contemporary" (yuck!).
