Have you asked around to see if others can see him? If not, he's most likely a ghost and will not photograph very well anyway. :)

Update. No Picture yet, but I asked a guy (who incidently looks a lot like the Englund Freddy Krueger--and he knows it) what he thought and he burst out into laughter, and said OMG, You're right! that's Rondo's kid!

LOL...ok here's my first attempt at getting a photo of Scott aka Rondo look alike



Damn slow shutter speed! One would think I was trying to photograph the Loch Ness Monster.

This "project" has turned out to be quite exciting!  I can just imagine the pressure OG is under when he's fumbling around with his camera, hoping he's not spotted by the poor guy. If you are spotted OG, I hope you have a back story about what you are trying to take a picture of, so the guy won't think you're up to no good.   :)

The clawed hand is absolutely Rondo-esque.

I feel like Mr. Jameson ordering around Peter Parker.... 'Parker, now get me that picture or you're FIRED!!!'
