- Worzel Gummidge was a TV show about a living scarecrow played by one-time Dr. Who John Pertwee. He had a shed full of heads which he could change depending on his mood. His love interest was an old shop mannequin called 'Aunt Sally.' It was pretty bizarre. I remember being freaked out by an episode in which Worzel approached a scarecow in a field and was torn limb from limb by the psycho scarecrow. He got torn up a lot but Aunt Sally always put him back together.
