Facebook severs links to pictures on its site sooner or later.

I'm not really sure how linking to FB works, but I heard a couple of people saying they link their photos from FB.

Thanks for your help.  I am still thinking it over as which photo sharing site to go to.
Perhaps Google, don't know much about it, reviews are pretty good, Flicker too.
I am the 'Ole Mummy', needing to be taught new tricks, and that ain't easy.
That is why I liked Photobucket so much, very user friendly, for me.
Now I see they are trying to make a comeback!  A smaller group owns them now, and they are begging for return customers.
You might even find your old pics if you return to them, and for a small starting fee $ 4-6 bucks.  I believe  $11. + for complete access.

Imageshack did not come away with great reviews-as far as believing any ones reviews.
So I will mull it over a bit, as it seems it is a crap shoot either way.

https://postimages.org/ is free and I have used it for a few years.

Looks like it couldn't be simpler! Just copy the "direct link".

Check the threads that rkoenn started just to post pictures of his models:

The vast majority of the pictures have disappeared. Once Facebook catches on to the banwidth using links, they sever the links.

A few weeks ago one of our members used Google to try to post pictures here of his models kits and it didn't work for him.

Hi how do I post pics ?

You need your own photo host. https://postimages.org/ is free.

Then copy the photo's URL (should end in .jpg, or .gif

Post it in your message using the forums code. [img] etc.

Actually I'm wondering what happened to some of the pictures you posted with Imgur.

Is there a specific thread to report on threads that should be merged?

Just post your suggestion in one of the threads that you think should be merged.

What happened to the Latest Posts/Unread Posts feature at the top of the page? It's been gone for well over a month.
