The annual Williamsburg Film Festival is Thursday March 10 through Saturday March 13th this year. While essentially themed as a classic era western show, each year many of the attendees include people who did notable work in the horror and sci-fi films and television. Past guests have included Lee Meriwether, Roger Davis ("Dark Shadows"), Richard Anderson, Beverly Garland and Gregory Walcott.  Events have included the last appearance of Frankie Thomas and Jan Merlin in their "Tom Corbett, Space Cadet" roles in a "radio play" recreation with their original costumes.

This years guests include:

Wright King - Dr. Galen in the 1968 "Planet of the Apes" as well as "Johnny Jupiter" an early kids sci fi show and also on tv's "Logan's Run"

Paul Picerni - "House of Wax", appeared on "Kolchak", "Ghost Story" and "Batman"

Laurie Prange - "Night Gallery", "The Intervention"

Jacqueline Scott - William Castle's "Macabre", on TV "Outer Limits", "Planet of the Apes"

She, Wright King, and other guests Ben Cooper and Tom Reese all appeared on the original "Twilight Zone" as well.
Its a fun and laid back show with a pretty decent dealer's room.

I second that, Michael. The Williamsburg Film Festival is fun and friendly and yes, it has a decent dealer's room with good prices.  I never thought I would meet some of the biggest stars in Hollywood at such a small con, but in recent years Beverly Garland, Lee Meriwether, Richard Anderson came and I was really delighted.   Another favorite who attended a recent one was Audrey Dalton.

Audrey Dalton was a real find for them.   ;D  She was very easy to talk and had great recall. She was very enthusiastic about her appearance  as Boris Karloff's daughter on The Wild Wild West.
Richard Anderson was kinda funny in that when we asked about the Kolchak movie, "The Night Strangler", he said "Is that the name of that!!??? I've been trying to remember all afternoon!!"

Williamsburg was a lot of fun again this year. I got a Dr. Galen-Planet of the Apes pic from Wright King, a TV Planet of the Apes pic from Jacqueline Scott and my find was an autograph from Francis Lederer, one of my favorite Draculas. (The Return of Dracula)  ;D
