I remember good tipping action (which was powered by bubbles entering the upper half of the figure) was dependant on his positioning in the aquarium gravel. If the base wasn't cocked slightly back a little, the figure would hold in a forward position and bubbles would endlessly come out of his lower back.

I had one in the fish tank as a kid, and I loved it!  I remember that it broke and we got another one, I just wish I still had it.

All I can say is.......I'm speechless. Total shock, and nice score!!!!  Once on eBAY I had seen this Aquarium delight.
I only wish someday I will own one.

I could never afford one so I made one for my fish tank out of a spare Burger King Creature ? Drilled 3 holes added an air supply and it works perfect and looks very cool
