Speaking of Emerson, Lake & Palmer, here's my favourite ELP track:

The accordion Keith Emerson plays takes it over the top!

Great song Hep.
I first heard this in the mid 70's  F'D on downers and alcohol. Not a good choice looking at razor blades. Pretty depressing but I like King Crimsons version better.

GB,those early C-C skits are just sooo classic. Haven't thought of those in Years.

They're fabulous! Particularly so these days with all the marijuana legalization legislation.

Hey Mord. I have been watching a drama show on Nat Geo called Mars. I noticed that the opening sequence song is partially by Nick Cave. REALLY like it because it is just SO dark and chillingly gloomy.

That's Nick Cave. Who else would do an entire album of songs about murder? He and Warren Ellis compose a lot of (mostly dark) movie and TV scores. They did the music for "Hell or High Water", "Frozen River", "The Proposition" and a dozen others. His "Red Right Hand" appears in all 3 Scream movies. I'll have to check it out. Thanks for the heads up, WL.

A great Gordon Lightfoot tune that never got much play in the States:
