All week long I had the WORST stomach pain, to the point where I thought I was gonna head to the ER. I made it to the Doc and got some pills, they think I had minor food poisoning..so far the meds are working and I have been able to be myself again.

I got a new copy of MLB The Show 2010 on PS3..and was glued to that for a few hrs.

Then off to band practice were we ran through the set once and worked on new material.

From there it was off to Dingbatz to see a few bands...they were all "horror punk" and the band I went there to see, I was supposed to be introduced to someone..cancelled! So I saw a pretty cool punk/thrash act called The Zombie Mafia...and wasnt really that impressed until they played a song called "Devil Bat" which ripped!!! Pure old school thrash/hardcore excellence!

Stayed for a Misfits cover band and handed out some CDs and stickers of my own band to a Rockabilly crowd that didnt seem to care lol........came home, ate some Easter candy and now its time for a day of food, family and of course a Ten Commandments/Ben Hur marathon around here!

That would take one enormous extension cord.

Yes I did, Baron, and had a great time while you were suffering on your sad little excursion.
;)
Am looking forward to your pics, and for the record, hope you had a great time!

I am going to my last (hopefully!) physical therapy session today.  After this, I'm on my own. It has been about 3 months and it has gone well.  Now I just have to have the discipline to keep exercising on my own!  They say they are proud and surprised at how well I've done.  In the 3 months I've gone I have improved from 34% to 49% of what capacity I should be.  The Therapists seem surprised at how well I've done but I have a tendency to push myself as far as possible without hurting myself.  Now it's time to eat breakfast, take a shower and get ready for that last session.  By 2:00 p.m. I'll be finished with the supervised therapy and will go it alone (with the exception of a little help from my wife)!  I hope everyone has a great day!

I'm doing more spring cleanups today. It's a dirty job, but somebody has to do it. This is a busy time for my kind of work - lawn & landscaping.

Well, yesterday, I went to a new gym and had my first "amazing comeback" workout.  Rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes. Equal to four miles, a slow pace for most, but not bad for me!  Did a few sets of seated dumbell curls with not much weight, followed by some triceps pushdowns (with a little more weight).  Finished up on the ab crunch machine.

Today, doing some spring cleaning and preparing for our big move at the end of the month.
