I've never seen She Beast, but based on Barbara Steele alone I'm tempted...



If you like gore-soaked and sacreligious to the nth, Martyrs is supposed to be interesting...



And I have heard so many really great thing about JCVD, that he should have received best actor at the oscars, it's the best movie of 2008, etc. etc. from the handful of people who saw it who I have total respect for their opinions that I have to put aside all preconceived notions about Van Damme and check this out.  It is supposed to be amazingly good and he is supposed to be amazingly good.  Hard to imagine, I know...  I've not heard one thing about this movie that's less than glowing.  Not even a "it's pretty good, but meh".
