Creature from the Black Lagoon 3D VHS (1980) Artwork Scans

Hi all,

I have finally acquired a 3D VHS copy of CFTBL, but I am missing the slipcover.

Does anyone know/have high-quality scans of the box artwork? I'm hoping I may be able to print my own slipcover.

I only have the non-3D Goodtimes VHS tape. Similar, but not the same.
