Sara Karloff

I hope some of you were able to listen to Coast to Coast last night. Connie Willis had Sara Karloff on. What a great interview. Of course it was about her Father and his movie career but It was also about the man himself. I really learned a lot about him. He did so much in his life I never knew.
  I have my own Sara story. I was at my first ever show down in CA. Must have been a Mad Model Party. Anyway  I was sharing a table With my friend from Canada. Gary from G-Force models. He had a Billikin Frank and must have been a Billikin Creature. Anyway we saw this lady coming down the aisle and she just had this touch of elegance about her. We both stood up to greet her. She got to our table and said "do you have any Frankensteins ?" Gary said "yes I have this one and I think it is the best Likeness out there" She picked it up and said "I'll be the judge of that". We both just looked at each other not expecting that and not knowing who we were talking to. She liked the Billikin and we had a great visit with her. "After she walked away I looked at Gary and said " I hope Creach's kid is not walking around. He might not be that nice"
   It was break in a long day behind the table
