Animated 1970s Werewolf Archie Teenagers TV movie?

I haven't been out this way in years.  This is a question that I asked before and someone knew of it.  A TV movie, mid 1970s I think, cel animated in the "Archie" style.  Lots of nighttime scenes, and there is a teen werewolf contagion!  It had a title like "Moonlight Becomes You" or something similarly poetic.  And the overall sense of menace was quite a lot.  Played fairly serious, and not much for laughs.
