Hi, I can say this alongside the rest of you, But I consider myself a fan of the universal classic monsters, In particular Phantom of the opera.
But to my surprise, I was made aware of a proposed sequel that would've been made back then, The only information I have on it is from the Wiki page for the film, The thing I want to know is...If a script like that was made, Any possibility of someone having a copy of it anywhere?

Welcome to the UMA, PhantomFan1925!  :)

Never heard of any such script turning up. Can't say it's not possible, though.

Sadly. it never really made it beyond the discussion stage. The closest Universal did make it to was when they released the 1943 PHANTOM remake and it did big business. The old Return Of the Phantom rumor was quickly revived once more and the script that was produced became what was eventually released as THE CLIMAX in 1944 with Boris Karloff.
