my workday begins at six in the morning at a place called general engine products in franklin, OH. i set the timing on military humvee engines. i get 'home' around three in the afternoon. i say 'home' because my house is actually attached to the convenience store my wife and i own. i run the store until eight at night. for those doing the math, that's fourteen hours a day, five daze a week. saturday i open at ten, close at eight, closed sunday. total, it's an 80+ hour workweek.

i often help my wife who runs an awards/engraving business inside the convenience store. yeah, i know, it's a weird combination, but you'd be surprised how one compliments the other more often than not. i'm roping people into plaques/trophies/dogtags/t-shirts/whatever all the time just because they came in to buy a coke while wearing a t-shirt with a logo or name on it.

btw, i'm starving, too. in a better economic climate, i would hope to be thriving. as it is, we're getting by.

Inventory/Production Control for a medical device mfg. (Arizant Healthcare) and performing/studio musician weekends or whenever there's work. Wifey-poo still unemployed but looking and temping. We do not starve but kids are getting sick of eating pet food.
