?Over-size Monster Coloring Book - Mean Man Mongo & Faces in the Fire?

Does anyone have any recollection of an over sized Monster Coloring book from the Mid-Late 70's

The cover had a large profile of an old Witch's face with, I think, a light purplish background.

It had the standard monsters Dracula, Frankenstein, etc, but I distinctly remember Mean Man Mongo, a brutish caveman type
character and Faces in the Fire, what looked like flaming apparitions coming out of oil lamp.

My 2nd grade teacher passed out pages from the coloring book for our Halloween party. It may have been a scholastic item since I know many other classes also got it.

Anybody have a long lost memory of this?
