I must be all alone in this, because I am the only one who ever asks for it.

I want a really killer Lugosi Frankenstein Monster from Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man - and I want one of the alternate heads to look like this:

I've always thought it was funny that Lugosi never bared his teeth until this movie.  Bela even had that odd toothless smile as the vampire.  It bugs me when toy manufacturers insist on giving him fangs.

Bela didn't have great teeth, correct? Or maybe....he really did have fangs and always tried to hide them...

On a side note, I feel like NECA might end up doing each different version of the Frankenstein monster.  They seem to do this for other IP's such as Terminator, Jason, Ninja Turtles and Predator.  Plus it might be good for sales knowing that there's always some kind of Frankenstein figure on the market.  A casual collector may just think "Oh hey! Cool Frankenstein toy" not knowing its either Karloff, Lugosi, Strange etc.  Same with the Mummy.  Might have to sell a bunch of Frankensteins to make way for those more obscure characters we really want!

Michael Crawford (not the Phantom guy) had a nice review of the B&W Wolf Man up on his Captain Toy Review site:

Sideshow did a series of Frankie figures based on the actors that portrayed him.  Unfortunately they all had the same body and clothes (and that stupid green jacket).

So I would be in for NECA figures of all the actors in the Frankenstein makeup and costumes.

So bring on Frankenstein figures of Boris (Bride and Son version), Chaney Jr, Lugosi, and Strange (House and A&C versions).

And while we're at it, how about Chaney and Tom Tyler Kharis figures.

Years ago NECA did this Chaney Mummy bobble head...

Kharis was a full rubber mask when it was Chaney, right?  So they shouldn't have to worry about likeness rights for that one.

Try telling that to the Chaney heirs.  ;D

Hmmmm...yeah, now that I think of it, if they do a Frankenstein monster figure from Frankenstein Meets The Wolf Man, maybe they can give us replacement heads of Eddie Parker and Gil Perkins.

They were HEAVILY stained from smoking.  Like none ive ever seen.     Also the way he talked,  smiled naturally blocked his front teeth.
Morning, noon, or night, Anytime . . . . the count may strike. If you're caught you have to linger, Cause Dracula may bite your finger!

Doh!

I had a professor in college with pure white hair and beard -- except for the yellow parts under his nose and mouth from chain-smoking.

I finally found Wolfman and the Mummy (color) at Target. Only ones they had. It looked like they had just received a TON of NECA stuff. Lots of Toony Terrirs and other Ultimates figures of all types but only those 2 Universal Monsters. Perfect boxes too.

I had almost given in and paid more from BBTS.

MonsterBaker666

How much were the figures at Target?  So far nothing locally here (Walmart or Target).  $38 plus $4 shipping at BBTS (when they eventually get them in).

A bit surprised they haven't hit BBTS or some other online retailers yet.  Usually they come in about 2-3 weeks after NECAOnline says they shipped them.

The figures ring up at $32.99 at Target, unless there is an error in the system like someone said. They got it for $10.

Picked up a Neca Evil Dead Ash and b/w Wolfman, today.
"They come from the bowels of hell; a transformed race of walking dead. Zombies, guided by a master plan for complete domination of the Earth."

I'm not a big fan of the b&w figures.  Wish they had the color wolf man  and mummy figures
