Are these identical paint schemes to the SDCC masks?

No. There was no Frankenstein's Monster mask offered by S7 during SDCC, to my knowledge, and the Creature from their San Diego is primarily orange. Here's an image of it hotlinked from ebay:

Oh boy, that is different! Thanks Shannon.

They had Frankenstein masks at the Boodega in San Diego, they were also a different color scheme.
They had the buckets on display but not for sale and personally I like the neon color scheme of the figures better than these new releases.

That orange one is garishly cool as an oddity. Reminds me of a Halloween variant.

But, I prefer the regular one we're getting:

Are you certain of that, Andy? Any chance you've got or can find any photos of it?

Monsters For Sale

Just got my Retro-a-gogo/Super7 Frankenstein Mask.

They ship their items in nice, sturdy, ample sized boxes with stiff wrapping paper  for a cushion.  They also ship very fast.

The box that the Mask comes in is a lot thicker than the old, vintage masks and should hold up very well over the years.  I was glad to see that the orange box is not as light and bright as the catalog illustration.  Looks really good.

The Mask is a little bit thicker and less flexible than the vacuum-formed originals.

Glad I got one.

Bummer, indeed.

I put my order in about 5 minutes after I Got their e-mail.  Then I posted the pictures here and got an immediate reply from a member who bought one of each.  I wonder how fast they sold out?

What?! No!! Crap! I missed it?!  :(

Jeeze, Mikey.  I thought you would be all over that.

They aren't listed on their site, anymore.  I wonder if they will make another run of these?

I thought they were going to be available for more than 2 days! All the other things have been there longer and none have sold out. Nobody ever used the words "Extremely Limited Edition!!!"

From what my sales rep said, they barely had any left after NYCC. I had previously understood that we'd get these wholesale, but obviously their remaining numbers were too small. Not clear if there's another run coming.

Wow! Glad I didn't dawdle. I figured they would have plenty but grabbed mine quick just to play it safe. These things are pretty sweet.

If they're smart they'll make more. No trouble selling through, evidently.
