THE INVISIBLE MAN'S REVENGE(1944)..early this morning.
DARK SHADOWS:

David Collins: "Dead people dont just get up and walk around.."

Sarah Collins: "Sometimes they do."

Do you like The Invisible Man's Revenge? In all honesty, I think the only Invisible sequel I can really say that I enjoy is The Invisible Woman. I couldn't even get into Vincent Price as the character, and I am a Vincent Price fan.
Listen to them. Children of the Night. What music they make!

I liked the premise of THE INVISIBLE MAN'S REVENGE, ie what happens when you make a psychopath invisible? In most of the Universal Invisible series, the character is rendered invisible and then begins to go mad due to the process, in this one, Jon Hall is already a homicidal creep before he becomes invisible. Of all the sequels, I like RETURNS the best and INVISBLE WOMAN the least.

I've always enjoy this movie.

I just watched Son of Frankenstein and intend to watch Ghost in the next day or two. I have really been delving back into the films as of late as I interview folks for the MonsterKIDS documentary. It was funny, I remember enjoying Son of Frankenstein and mentioning that to Sara Karloff and she seemed to really question why? I explained I loved all three of the Karloff Frankenstein films, but that Son always struck a chord with the amazing art direction. Not that it was my favorite Frankenstein film, just one I thought was under appreciated. I just watched it and must say how well it holds up. Basil Rathbone should have been involved in more of the Universal Horror Films. I know he was a little busy with Sherlock Holmes, but can you imagine if he had been cast in any of the others?
"Soon the Moon will rise and I'll turn into an animal..."
"You and twenty million other guys"
