Just picked up the original 'Phantom' on DVD about a month ago. Did you watch it on TCM the other night? Metropolis was on also:)

I didnt. I saw Metropolis though. I even have the restored version on DVD, however, it was nice to see it on television for a change.

My last universal monster? It was when I got the blu ray last year - I think I had Frankenstein on while I carved my pumpkin. Actually I watched more of the extras off the discs than I did the actual movies. I'll probably throw another couple on this year - perhaps one of the newer ones like Daughter of Dracula and the like.
