Here are scans of three more of my Creepy mags:

Gray Morrow broke Frank Frazetta's streak of six Creepy covers in a row when he took over the honours on #8 but Frazetta's tenure as Creepy's regular cover artist was to continue for several more issues.

The Aurora William Castle Creature kits of the Frog and the Vampire weren't very popular when they were issued in 1966. As a result Aurora neither sold nor produced many and they're both difficult to find these days.

Here's a picture I found of the Vampire kit on the net:

And here's Propman's good and proper build-up of the Vampire:

Sad to have heard of the passing of my friend Bernie Wrightson....a great guy and artist. He did this drawing for me at a comic con I put on....it is large- 14x17.

Great keepsake, Bud!

This is a net pic of the Wrightson signed/limited print entitled "Don't Look Back".

When you were among the first 350 people who preordered the book Berni Wrightson: A LOOK BACK in 1978 you received one of the signed/numbered prints free. My parents gave me $100 for my birthday back then and I used it to preorder one of the limited collectors editions of Berni Wrightson: A LOOK BACK since I was a huge Wrightson fan. It took the book a year to finally arrive, but it was worth it. It's beautifully printed and bound in dark red leatherette with a dark red slipcase, and it's signed by Wrightson. My book is #134/250 and my signed print is #247/350. My print is matted and framed. No thumbtack holes like the one in the net pic. It's hard to believe someone would stick thumbtacks in such a nice print.

ALWAYS MONSTERING...
