I'd say any supermarket. Here in Toronto anyway they're all full of Halloween treats including three or four varieties of Frito-Lay products in Halloween-themed boxes.

Never seen them in the states... and I've been to every supermarket in the region this season.

            HALLOWEEN - Food - Pumpkin Delights Ice Cream - Little Debbie, 2022

I've yet to try a Little Debbie pastry product that I can stand.  But I'd be willing to give this ice cream a taste test.

You can buy the toy... most of the time.  Some managers refuse, but they should let you do it.  If you go to one restaurant and they say no, head to another.  Just make sure, if the first place was a franchise that refused, don't go to a store in the same franchise.
