I just have watched it.  It's from Republic Studios and it is a supernatural version of Universal's BLACK FRIDAY(1940), even using the same actor, Stanley Ridges, as the guy who becomes possessed. It is a pleasant time waster.

Yes, I got it from a dealer on Ebay. Very clear copy and also ordered VAMPIRE'S GHOST from him as well..

Ahh it's a Republic Horror. That's still kind of a untapped area for me. Although, I have seen and enjoyed Vampire's Ghost. I need to start looking for the other films...
