It is the Kino Lorber Blu-Ray.  Mine didn't come with a slip case, just the main case with the 2 discs inside via a divider.  I watched it yesterday and man is it beautiful.

Not every release is done with a slipcase. Usually just the first run of the ones that do. Personally I hate the things. just one mroe thing to worry about the post office mangling or getting damaged. I am happy to buy later releases that don't have them. Usually at a cheaper price too,lol.
