Not sure what it is, looks fan made. Somebody has had these on there multiple times, not sure if it's the same seller.

Also what are those horrible voodoo monsters they have for sale? I assumed those were fan made as well but they list a company name and date.

I've seen the voodoo monsters.  Looks like Remco heads.

I saw a couple of those monster voodoo dolls in person, I'm pretty sure that they are a fan-made item, cast from remco 8" heads.
