Its Werewolf of London. Its the scene where she and her childhood boyfriend get attacked by Wilfrid at the Monk's rest while racing. I didnt get that from a URl either Mike,lol. Valerie looks like Jim Carrey in that scene and her scream went from 0-90 in a second. Try this one:
