I just checked E-bay & noticed this guy has sold 165 of these. I wonder how many of those were badly broken. He claims to have 66 more for sale. He's got to be behind the production of these.

It's happened before with bobbleheads out of China and who knows what else. Still the old West in many aspects.  These weren't even advertised as Creech to my knowledge!!

If we're lucky, maybe he'll find a warehouse full of Frankenstein Headspeakers or Halloween buckets next (but he'll still ship 'em in envelopes).

I just got a notice yesterday that mine was shipped, and here's to hoping that maybe he's learned from responses to package them better?

Sigh.. Ok, I'll pop for this and see if I get a decent one or not. Sounds like no one has tried theirs in an aquarium yet though, and it'd be nice to find out if they actually work.

I asked to have my 2nd one sent in a sturdy box, with the waist taped and a small piece(s) of foam taped over the claws. They said "OK", so we'll see what happens!

Got mine too. Two nail were broken and glued them back on. They didn't ship in a box though, which would of protected it more from damage. Mine doesn't stand up straight, it slouches over. Is that the nature of him?

yes, if you take the tape off he'll be bending over, the purpose of this is that the air bubbles build up in him making him stand strait, then when the bubbles go out of the top of his head he bows down.

I had one as a kid, lots of times, he was just bent over with the bubbles coming out from behind him.
