Caitlin and Ms. Liz, Thank you so much for checking in with us. We are Mark's biggest fans outside of his beautiful family  :)  I know you both have a lot to handle right now, so it means so much that you took the time to check in with us at the UMA. I will be talking to you later, and I will always hold the Stamper family close to my heart. You all have shared the most wonderful gift with us, and we appreciate the time we spent with your sweet Mark- more than you'll ever know.

I meant to post this here but posted else where.
Here are two wonderful threads, the first where I met Mark and he knew what my Avatar was :

and then the CRYPTID COLLECTIBLES thread that he started for us Crypts!

What I find chilling was that his very last post here was one for a "Cemetary" section post.  UP was one of those people who really made UMA rock.

You noticed that too, huh. Yeah, his last post was about Phil Everly. A bit spooky.

which post are you guys talking about?   I find it sad now that in the cryptid posts, I asked him to post some pics and he said he was feeling under the weather but was enjoying the pics from Raymond and the others, including myself.

God bless you, Caitlin and Liz. DO check in from time to time.

How touching it is that Mark's association with the UMA was noted in his obituary. To be included amongst his life accomplishments is nothing short of the highest honor. I can only hope that he and other ascended UMA'ers are having a grand old time getting to know one another! His presence shall always reside in the very fiber of this forum.

May God bless and comfort Caitlin, Liz, and the entire Stamper family.

Thank you so very much to Caitlin and Liz...... I'm so happy you checked in to see how very loved and respected Mark is here among his cyber-family. I know I don't have to tell you how much he means to me, but I'm thrilled you had the chance to see how much he means to the UMA as a community. He will always be a part of the UMA, and each one of us individually.

Love and prayers from Gary and Nancy..... Keep an eye on the mailbox Wednesday.

I saw this sad news posted yesterday, and I kind of avoided responding because I was stunned and didn't know what to say. Mark had always been so nice and welcoming to me since the first day I signed up as a UMA member. I have nothing but good feelings about him and prayers for his family. I'm sorry for the whole Universal Monster Army because he was a major contributor to this website and a true, true fan. The Monster Kid community has lost a piece of its heart this week.

Maybe you didn't know what to say before, but what you wrote today was quite touching.

I stared at his pic on the home page and started remembering how he was always loved Walpurgis Night and made it as our second Halloween here at the UMA.

I remember one year everyone said they would go outside and toast a drink or smoke at a certain time on Walpurgis Night and post a pic. I didn't get a chance to post a pic, but Mark did and I remember thinking how cool it would be to chill with UP.

He knew of my love of vampire women and sent me an awesome drawing of one as well as Vampirella and Bigfoot. As usual he was very humble about it in the note that accompanied the art. I said nonsense man, I'm going to proudly hang in my monster room.

His art will always have a place in my room.

Mark was cool people, I never met him, but he just rang so genuine from his posts and messages. He was the real deal. My condolences to his family. I am sad you are no longer here.

I always had the same greeting for him on the boards or messages, so one last time for you my friend....WASSUP UP!
